The Sarasota Manatee Airport Authority operates and reports financial information using the fiscal year October 1 through September 30. Annual Financial Reports are filed with the Florida Department of Financial Services and may be viewed at https://apps.fldfs.com/LocalGov/Reports/. In addition, the financial statements of the Authority and its Pension Trust Fund, prepared in accordance with generally accepted government accounting standards, are audited annually by an independent certified public accounting firm. The audited financial statements and the auditors’ report on those financial statements, as well as the auditors’ supplemental reports required by law, for the fiscal year ended September 30, 2018, may be viewed here.
