Airport Properties

The Properties department negotiates leases and contracts with airport tenants and concessionaires, including airlines. Companies wishing to provide commercial services including food and beverage, gift and news, rental cars, taxis, limousines, advertising, vending, and hotel shuttles should contact the Director, Properties at 941-359-2770 extension 4214. Those interested in leasing land for development should also contact the Director, Properties. Both aviation and non-aviation use land are available. The Airport owns & operates University Self Storage (USS) , east of the Airport @ 1349 W. University Pkwy. Telephone 941-355-1919. USS is conveniently located in Southern Manatee County between Sarasota & Bradenton. It is close to Lakewood Ranch, Palm Aire, Whitfield Estates, University Park, The Meadows, Downtown Sarasota, USF/New College and Ringling School of Art & Design. It offers 24 hour access for residential & commercial tenants to come and go on your schedule, not ours.
